Technical AssessmentOur engineering team reviews your part design for material, surface finish, process, and structure before production begins, flagging any manufacturability issues in your drawing upfront.
Material VerificationUpon request, we provide material certification covering raw material grade, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical composition, sourced directly from the raw material manufacturer.
In-Production/02
Once production starts, we track parts against the process plan set during design review.
In-Production In Process Inspection & Statistical Sampling
In Process InspectionOperators check critical dimensions at set intervals during the run, catching drift before it produces an out of spec batch.
Statistical SamplingFor higher volume runs, we apply AQL based sampling plans to inspect a representative sample of the full production run rather than checking every unit individually.
Post-Production/03
Before parts leave our facility, they pass a final round of checks and get packed for their trip to you.
Post-Production Final Inspection & Packaging Traceability
Final InspectionEvery finished batch goes through a 100 percent or sampled final inspection against the approved drawing before it is released to production runout.
Packaging and TraceabilityParts are packaged to prevent transit damage, and lot numbers are recorded so any issue can be traced back to the production run it came from.

Every part passes through three stages: a pre production technical assessment and material verification, in process inspection with statistical sampling during the run, and a final post production inspection before packaging. Nothing ships without clearing all three.
