Sheet Metal Processes We Run In-House
Five core processes take your flat CAD pattern to a finished, assembly-ready part. Each one links to its own dedicated service page.
Global Manufacturing Network for Custom Sheet Metal
Enstark builds custom sheet metal parts for engineers, OEMs and product teams worldwide. Fiber lasers, CNC press brakes, turret punches and welding cells work under one quality system, so a single prototype and a 10,000-piece order follow the same process.
Every order starts with a free DFM review. Our engineers check bend radii, hole-to-edge distances and flat patterns before cutting begins, which prevents rework and keeps lead times short.

Sheet Metal Materials
Choose from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper and brass in standard gauges from 0.5 mm to 6 mm. Each grade differs in formability, weight and corrosion resistance. Our engineers recommend the right alloy for your load, environment and budget.

Aluminum
Light, corrosion-resistant and easy to bend, with about one-third the weight of steel. Best for enclosures, brackets and heat-sensitive electronics.
Surface Finishes & Post-Processing
Protective and cosmetic finishes that add corrosion resistance, wear life and brand color to every sheet metal part.

Powder Coating
Electrostatically sprayed powder baked into a 60–120 µm layer that resists chips, UV and corrosion. Available in any RAL or Pantone color, in matte, gloss or textured finish.

Anodizing
Type II anodizing builds a hard oxide layer on aluminum for corrosion protection and dyed colors like black, red and gold. Type III hard coat adds extra wear resistance.

Plating & Chem Film
Zinc, nickel and chrome plating protect steel parts from rust. Chem film (Alodine) keeps aluminum conductive and primes it for paint.

Brushing & Bead Blasting
Brushing gives stainless steel and aluminum a uniform satin grain that hides fingerprints. Bead blasting leaves an even matte texture before coating.
Enstark Custom Sheet Metal Capabilities
Clear process limits help you design right the first time. General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless your drawing states otherwise.
Custom Sheet Metal Parts and Industries We Support
Enstark has delivered over 100,000 sheet metal parts for customers across these demanding industries.
From a single laser-cut bracket to a powder-coated server chassis, our parts go into products that must fit, seal and last. Engineers rely on us for repeatable bends, clean welds and finishes that pass inspection the first time.
Powder-Coated Aluminum Control Enclosure
2 mm 5052 aluminum, laser cut, bent to ±0.5°, fitted with PEM studs and finished in RAL 9005 matte black.

Applications of Custom Sheet Metal
Custom sheet metal turns flat stock into strong, light and repeatable parts. It covers everything from a prototype bracket to a finished cabinet, at lower cost than machining from solid.

High Strength-to-Weight
Bent flanges and ribs add stiffness without adding mass, so a 1.5 mm part carries real loads.
Low Tooling Cost
Laser cutting and press brakes need no custom dies, so prototypes cost far less than stamping or casting.
Fast Turnaround
Simple parts move from CAD to shipped in 3 business days.
Scales to Production
The same flat pattern runs from 1 piece to 10,000+, and unit cost drops as volume grows.
Enclosures & Chassis
Electrical boxes, server racks and control cabinets that protect electronics.
Brackets & Mounts
Formed supports that locate motors, sensors and PCBs.
Panels & Covers
Front panels, access doors and guards with cutouts and silk-screened labels.
Frames & HVAC Parts
Welded frames, ducts and vents for machines and buildings.
