SAG Cam Indexing Systems integrate the cam indexing table, motor, gearbox, VFD, pulley, sensor cam, and more to fully satisfy users requirements. Enstark provides direct connection and indirect connection types, with a full solution service covering sizing and calculation, configuring, production, shipping, and after-sales.
SGA provides multiple options that combine different cam indexers with an induction motor or a motor with reducer. Speed changers and variable frequency drives (VFDs) are also available.

One Complete Drive Package
Cam indexing table, motor, gearbox, VFD, pulley, and sensor cam are supplied together, so the system arrives matched and ready to install.
Direct or Indirect Connection
Choose direct connection with a gear motor, or indirect connection through a belt or pulley, in horizontal, vertical, or right-angle layouts.
Full Accessory Range
Motor, gearbox, clutch, brake, connection plate, sensor switch, sensor cam, sensor bracket, synchronous wheel, synchronous pulley, torque limiter, and VFDs are all available.
Premium Cam Material & Processing
Cams are made from 20CrMnTi alloy steel imported from Japan. They are sawn, rough ground, carburized at high temperature to a surface hardness of 52–60 HRC, ground, and tested for curve accuracy.
Japanese Brand Bearings
Japanese NSK bearings run more smoothly, with no abnormal noise at high speed, for stable indexing and a longer service life.
In-House Accuracy Testing
Every unit is checked on our own precise angle indexing tester before delivery, so accuracy is verified rather than assumed.

Six mounting orientations
The same frame can be bolted base-down, wall mounted or inverted, and the motor can sit above, behind or in line. Quote the code with your order so the unit ships with the oil level and breather set for that orientation.
